These foods do not serve your body. Start with cleaning out your fridge, pantry and cabinets of the following:
- Refined Sugar
- Condiments
- Salted Foods
- White Rice and Pearled Barley
- Commercial Dry Cereal (ie Cornflakes)
- Fried Foods
- Foods which contain cottonseed oil. If a product is labeled vegetable oil, find out which oil is being used
- Oleo and Margerine –saturated fats and hydrogenated oils – very harmful to your heart
- Peanut Butter that contains salt and hydrogenated oils
- Coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea and alcoholic beverages
- Fresh Pork and Pork Products
- Smoked Meats, such as Ham, Bacon, Sausage, and Smoked Fish of any kind
- Lunch meats, such as hot dogs, slasmi, bologna, corned beef, pastrami, and meats containing sodium nitrate.
- Dried Fruits which contain sulphur dioxide, a preservative,
- Do not eat Chickens that have been injected with stilbestrol, a fattening hormone, or fed with chicken feed that contains any drugs
- Canned Soups (read the labels for salt, sugar, starch, whit or wheat flour, and preservatives)
- Foods that contain benzoate of soda, cream of tartar (preservative).
- Bleached and Unbleached White Flour such as white bread, wheat and rye bread containg a mixed wheat-white flour in it; dumplings, biscuits, buns, gravy, noodles, spaghetti, pizza pie, ravioli, sago, pies, pastries, cakes, cookies, puddings, and ready-mix bakery products.
- Wheat flour is a mixture of white-wheat flour. If you use wheat it should read Whole Wheat, thus you know it contains no white flour.
- Day old cooked vegetables, pre-mixed salads, and warmed over potatoes.
