The 7 Natural Laws of Food Combining

Follow these 7 natural laws and observe your body saying “Thank You”  

 

1. DO NOT EAT PROTEINS WITH STARCHES or with Fruit – Except: (A) Fruit Proteins, Nuts and Seeds go well with acid fruits and (B) the Fruit Proteins go well with sub acid fruits too.

2. NEVER EAT ANY KIND OF FRUIT WITH A STARCH

3. DO NOT MIX FRUITS OR VEGETABLES TOGETHER

4. EAT MELONS ALONE OR LEAVE THEM ALONE – Melons are digested in the intestines.  If they are held back in the stomach of 104° digesting other food, you can rest assured of having gas pains from the melons rotting.  Not much wonder so many people are bothered with melons.

5. DO NOT EAT ACID FRUITS AND SWEET FRUITS TOGETHER

6. DO NOT EAT ANY MORE THAN 4 FOODS FROM EITHER THE FRUITS OR VEGEATBLES AT A MEAL (in addition to proper food combination).  Note: Be sure to eat the fruit according to the seed it contains

7. DO NOT EAT MORE THAN ONE PROTEIN OR ONE STARCH AT A MEAL (Exception: The Seeds or Nuts need to be combined with the Protein Legumes.  Seeds and Nuts are low in the Amino Acids that the Protein Legumes are highest in and Vice Versa.  Same principle with the Grains and Starch Legumes.  Insure yourself of a high all around efficiency protein meal remember that a chain is as strong as its weakest link.  (Note: Don’t forget to soak all if these foods.  –Grains, Nuts, Seeds, and Legumes.  24 hours.  Your body will use up to 100% nutrition as a result of soaking the grains, nuts, seeds and legumes as opposed to 25% nutrition of the unsoaked ones and a waste product count of 75%. You must sprout the Starch and Protein Legumes and Grains after you’ve soaked them for 24 hours.  The seeds and nuts can be eaten raw after you’ve soaked them.  Other than these exceptions – only 1 Protein or 1 Starch at a meal.
